B.S. Environmental Science, Norwich University, 2000. Joe has ten years of experience in the environmental industry.  At Aztech he has been exposed to a broad range of experiences regarding spill sources, site characterization, remediation and mitigation. Joe has supervised and reported on hundreds of site investigations including but not limited to the effective characterization of LNAPL, DNAPL, dissolved petroleum and chlorinated solvents, and vapor phase petroleum and chlorinated solvents in soil, bedrock, groundwater, soil vapor, sub-slab vapor and indoor air. With proper characterization, he develops and institutes the appropriate cost effective and feasible remedial approach for each project. Joe is also experienced in vapor intrusion investigation, sampling and mitigation, and petroleum bulk storage auditing.

When Joe is not working he enjoys recreational and devotional time with his wife, two sons, extended family and two dogs.  He also tries his luck at fishing, golfing and small home repair and construction projects…which usually get the better of him!
