Aztech Technologies is a growing full service environmental firm delivering comprehensive solutions for Site Investigation, Remedial System Design and Manufacturing, Drilling, and Petroleum Tank System Audits.

We are seeking a Drillers Helper to join our team to:

• Install groundwater monitoring wells
• Collect soil and groundwater samples
• Accurately complete a job within a specified period of time
• Follow up and complete projects with limited supervision
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance as a representative of Aztech
• Maintain and calibrate tools, machinery and test equipment
• Take initiative to identify solutions and meet the needs of the customer
• Be flexible to the changing environment and needs of a growing company and be adaptable to help Aztech Technologies maintain or improve its competitive advantage

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Post secondary Technical / Mechanical training a plus
• OSHA 40-hour certification is a plus, but will provide training

Experience Requirements:

• Aptitude and Attitude are the primary things we are looking for.
• Prior drilling / probing experience is a plus.
• Pay and responsibilities will be commensurate with experience.

Skills and Abilities for Company Interaction:

Good written and verbal communication skills are needed for documenting and conveying information related to a site. You must have the ability to work cooperatively with all company employees regardless of their position. The ability to have fun yourself and with those around you, while producing top-notch results, is required.

Travel
• Overnight travel 10-25% of the time may be required
