Phase II Environmental Site Assessments

When the results of a Phase I ESA identify a recognized environmental liability, Aztech has the ability to mobilize our staff of environmental professionals and in-house equipment to perform a Phase II Environmental Investigation. Our in-house equipment includes three drill rigs that give us the ability to conduct soil probing and sampling, in addition to drilling via hollow stem auger and other rotary methods, in locations ranging from limited access and/or low clearance to locations of unrestricted access.

Aztech will use the findings of the Phase I ESA to develop a Phase II scope of work specific to the potential issues and liabilities identified. The duration and costs associated with each Phase II investigation are specific to the scope of work undertaken. With our expertise and state of the art equipment, Aztech can complete the Phase II ESA in a very cost-effective manner when compared to our competitors.
